To Usher Hall, Kelvingrove
Just the other evening I attended the performance
of Faure's Requiem at Usher Hall in Edinburgh.
I drew some of the performers.
Just today I visited lovely Glasgow and its
Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
I declare it the finest museum in all the land.
"We even have a real Spitfire!,"
says the website of the finest museum.
I drew some of the animals.
On the way I stopped
for some quiche and tea in the park.
I drew a picture. A woman said
she enjoyed the drawing
and I gave her my card. I wonder who she is.
Also, before all of this happened,
I saw a parked red car
and a tree.
Flying Guanacos!
Thanks to Kate McLelland for organising an exhibition at
for which I made 38 Flying Guanacos.
Screen-printed, signed, flying,
and available at the beautiful
Red Door Gallery in Edinburgh.

Rhoda With Poodle / Lucy - No Poodle
This is a book I found at the car boot sale
(flea market) in Edinburgh. It is lovely.
I would tell you more, but I think it is better
to discover for yourself. Click on the image and
then zoom in to really get the full picture of
joyous Highland travel and poodle companionship.

BLURRED BOUNDARIES EXHIBITION

Susie Olczak and I made an installation for
Blurred Boundaries, an exhibition curated
by Robby Ogilvie at Old Ambulance Depot
in Edinburgh. It was a lot of fun.

Here are some photos from the rest of the exhibition,
and a slide show.
